BayCare Health System reviews

Before Morton Plant became a part of Baycare they were a wonderful hospital that cared about their employees as much as their patients. I worked for them for from 1996-2002 and their benefits were good and there was a feeling of family among the employees and management. I worked for them from 2008-2014 and the horror stories I heard and experienced were unbelievable. The fact that they let their Cardiology department wind them up in a Corporate Compliance Agreement with the government is a testament to their worth.
