      1. Managable work load 2. Extremely friendly people 3. Less politics 4. Lots of experience around you; but average employee age is 30 - 32.

      Cons

      1. Young people do not get thorough training; kind of on your own for training 2. Career development is slow due to less opportunities 3. Private and Non profit organization 4. Not a lot of young people (between 21 - 26)

      Pros

      Benefits are the best in the business, the pay is very fair, especially compared to restaurant industry. Tuition reimbursement is also excellent.

      Cons

      Some amount of bureaucracy, managers are sometimes chosen on their previous experience rather than based on actual leadership and management abilities.

      Management are flexible with schedules to allow you to work around your life. Lots of training and continuing education that is actually useful.

      Cons

      Large number of migrant workers as patients who do not speak english, and limited access to interpreters.
