      Pros

      Flexible hours. Predictable workloads. Straight forward tasks, easy to pick up and master in <1 month. Some amazing colleagues/friends.

      Cons

      Management in any lab tech-related department is poor. Low pay compared to similar companies. Deplorable/dirty working conditions, power outages are too frequent for a lab. Additional workload requirements W/O rational compensation. High turn-over rate, it's a revolving door of new people coming in then out in less than a year.

      None. Company's idea of employee incentive and reward for hard work is pizza.

      Cons

      Management is temperamental. They will try to fire you if they do not like you. Gossip is quite toxic. Lab departments do not collaborate and even try to make things harder on other departments.
