Pros

They will not fire you.

Cons

They overwork you but don't pay you fair compensation. They have unrealistic goals. They want you to make suggestions on how to improve things but then don't listen to your suggestions and do what they want anyways. During COVID they furloughed/laid off many employees yet the leadership still received bonuses. When good employees leave, the management makes no effort to understand why they are leaving.
