Working in retail does require varying shifts and provides some flexibility as well. Communication with leaders can help with future schedule planning. Thank you again.

Thank you for your review. Yes, we definitely have busy days and maximizing pay plans is fun for everyone! Occassionally, we do have slower times and we have several resources that help us to follow up with customers or do operational items to keep our stores efficient. Our goal is to help all our customers solve problems or purchase new technology so they can smile as they leave the store.

They have a good pay structure and the management that I have interacted with is trustworthy. You can make really good money here and for it being sales, they have a pretty healthy work environment.

Cons

Sometimes you have to sacrifice personal time to be at work.
