Pros

-Flexibility of schedule. - Free time to search for better jobs

Cons

-Awful judge of character for new hires -Sexist upper management -little to no training whatsoever. You cannot contact upper management for help because they do not know how to run the systems. - All the money flows up words to the top, very similar to a pyramid scheme. Managers and district managers do almost no work and make all the money, the people on the bottom (sales people) get paid very poorly. - Pay is incredibly low $8 an hour and unattainable commission goals. If an employee does well selling a phone and makes good commission, they change the commission scale to avoid big checks. - The less money the sales people make the more upper management makes. - Not an actual Verizon store, you play the middle man. Any time anything goes wrong, you have to call into Verizons customer service (yes the one the customers use) and do the same thing the customer could take care of on there own. - Customers always feel unsatisfied due to lack service we are allowed to provide and they pick up on the shady middle man vibe. - The phones are more expensive than online and other retailers, expect to over charge customers on EVERYTHING phones, phone book transfers, accessories. This company claims to provide a better service than corporate locations, but goes out of its way to screw the customers and the sales people whenever possible. -Extremely high turnover rate. -No security whatsoever. -No room for advancement unless you are an attractive woman, or know someone in management. This place is an absolute nightmare

BeMobile has an hourly plus commission pay plan that allows a sales partner to make as much money as they wish by what they sell and how they build relationships with customers. There is no pyramid plan, however if a sales partner or store does not perform well, this will effect each level of the organization. This pay structure allows us to instill teamwork throughout, as everyone shares in the success when performance targets are met. We lose together and win together. The average hourly pay for our company for the full year of 2014 was $14.73 per hour ($8.00 per hour base wage and $6.73 per hour in commissions per hour) which shows us that a lot of our employees earn great wages. We even have sales partners on the same $8.00 base wage earning close to $30 per hour in total earnings because of our commission structure. We apologize if the job expectations and sales environment did not allow you to excel or match well with your talents. We understand that a commission retail environment is not a great job-fit for everyone. Thank you for your comments on Training. This was a 2014 and now a 2015 priority to improve our training processes for every position within our organization and we have made great strides. We are not perfect yet, but we are focused on this and are always looking for ways to make our team more successful.
