Thank you for the review and feedback. We are striving to continuously improve communications and it certainly is a challenge. Utilizing tools in our meeting protocol to cascade important information as well as Slack and email have helped in this area. We have several training development programs that include our Leadership Development program or online tools for professional development that are provided to all employees. Core values. No "higher ups" everyone in management is "to the left". Great benefits. Family feel. They really care about you as a person not just a "worker bee" or a number. This company WANTS you to succeed and do well.
