Pros

The company has hours that they generally prefer/strongly reccomend that I work. However those hours are flexible, and as long as I meet my minimum expected hours (40+), attend required meetings, and my store is functioning as it needs to, they are very understanding if my schedule needs to change. The company values work/life balance, and actually encourages you NOT to attend your scheduled training meetings in they land on an off day. They will help you reschedule. Pay is great, and benefits are also fantastic. What's more, I've never seen a company so genuinely invested in the wellbeing/growth of it's employees.

Cons

Learning some systems can be complicated initially, and of course if you are in a retail role, you will have to work with "challenging" customers and situations at times.

Thank you for the 5-star review. Our people truly are the heart of our organization. We are committed to helping each employee grow, find success, and recognize the meaningful impact they make on our customers, their coworkers, and their direct supervisors. Yes, we are also looking for more ways to train on the systems that are necessary to work with in stores. Thank you for this feedback!

Pros

Great work culture work/life balance

Cons

Pay is "uncapped" but can be limited as a Assistant store leader-- felt like a pay cut for being expected to do more
