The only Con I can think of is that sometimes with all the tech ways we have to communicate, out loud talking happens just not a lot.

BeMobile does have areas for personal and professional growth which includes the Leadership Development program, Subject Matter Expert Series and RightNow Media library available for all employees that provides access to world famous authors and leadership content. Depending on your location, leadership positions may not open often, but there are opportunites to grow if relocation is a possibility. Internal promotions to leadership positions are posted reguararly to all employees and there is a desire to promote from within whenever possible. Please make sure your direct supervisor is aware of your desire to grow upward so they can help you along the way. Sincerely.
