BeMobile is the only company I've ever been apart of that listens to it's employees and cares about everyone's opinions. BeMobile also cares deeply about it's people focusing on employee satisfaction and well being. Phenomenal organization to be apart of.

Cons

Staffing can be difficult even with amazing pay and good benefits. This can cause stress on leadership and the front line.

Thank you for the review and feedback. We are striving to continuously improve communications and it certainly is a challenge. Utilizing tools in our meeting protocol to cascade important information as well as Slack and email have helped in this area. We have several training development programs that include our Leadership Development program or online tools for professional development that are provided to all employees.
