Pros

Good pay, good hours, that’s it.

Cons

Terrible work environment, awful local and regional management, always making you feel not good enough and pressured to do more. Feels more like a cult than a company. I get that it’s sales, but they truly want you to take advantage of customers.

Thank you for your review. Your experience is certainly not our intent or desire. The BeMobile culture is driven for success with our Sales Process that we consistently use in all our locations. This process of asking questions and recommending solutions for our customers is meant to ensure we meet their wants and needs. Consistency is important for company structure and employee success. All employees are asked to be consistent in following company processes in the department or area they work in. Thank you.

Pros

- Transparent work culture from CEO to District Leaders and Sales Reps. - Good Earning Opportunities (Depending on traffic of your store) - Many contests to boost earnings/bonus - Opportunity for Advancement within company - Laid-back environment, and one that treats the community with respect.

Cons

- Scheduling. This is retail. You will have to sacrifice weekends and evenings for the company. - Hours. For whatever reason, BeMobile thinks its a smart business decision to remain open until 8pm in some areas. Those last two hours are usually dead, especially in more rural environments. - Store manager did not display equity when it came to scheduling shifts between employees that share the same job title. When an employee consistently receives weekends, no closing shifts, yet was consistently absent, given multiple second chances, etc, this displays a lack of respect to the consistent employees that kept the place going. This leads to decreased morale, and one of the reasons I ultimately was ready to leave the company.

Thank you for the review and feedback. BeMobile strives for a culture that is transparent, open and honest and your feedback is valuable. Recently our company did a full hours of operation analysis that included multiple data points and market analysis. Store hours were adjusted in many markets to better align our open and close times. We will continue to monitor hours of operations in the future. Leaders are encouraged to construct schedules to be fair as much as possible. Your feedback is helpful to allow leadership to revisit this topic as it is not the intention to create frustrations as you expressed. Thank you again for your feedback.
