Pros

Good pay for someone with low education or someone who is content with a limited compensation. Excellent pay for a young person if they are successful.

Cons

Limited growth, internal promotion can result in a pay reduction if you are a top performer.

Thank you for your review and advice. Currently, there are a lot of growth opportunities at BeMobile. There are geographical limitations if a relocation is not a possibility. Pay plans for store leaders are built on the success of the store which includes the employees who work in the store. The leader is able to coach and train to drive the success of the store. This certainly requires hard work and diligence. The rewards of these leadership skills do result in pay plan optimization.

Company is money hungry. HR is department is a joke. Everyone is HR is either super rude or don’t know jack and won’t get back to you.

Separated Illegally

Good benefits and perks overall.

Cons

Typical corporate ladder feel. Upper leadership *if you want to call it that* is so far disconnected from the front line that it's a battle of vision vs. reality and they are clueless to what customers actually want. I was separated illegally, and am in the process of preparing my case with my lawyer. If you have any sort of disability, or end up becoming disabled in any way.. don't plan on keeping your employment with them for very long. Of course they will let you go by creating another false reason for separation. I highly recommend keeping records of EVERYTHING you discuss with leadership and HR.

Thank you for your review. BeMobile does hear and collect feedback from the front lines daily, weekly, and monthly. This feedback along with customer feedback is used in decision making and to maintain alignment with Verizon and company goals. Separating employment is never taken lightly and all facts are evaluated in the process. Thank you.
