Pros

- Stock performance was strong in the past - Many very good and dedicated team members

Cons

- No work/life balance - Politics at senior management levels and some people in key positions due to friendships and not qualifications - China vs US mindset makes job challenging - Corporate values are in writing only - Low morale and mistrust of senior leadership and HR - Lots of growing pains and non-value added work - Experience of working at BeiGene can greatly vary depend on your job function and boss - Leaders who have spoken up on challenges do not last long in company

I had to pinch myself - I can't believe that there is still a genuinely good company out there. You can see in the leadership that they care for the company and the employees. Very professional environment. I'm so happy that I joined. Active pipeline, rapidly growing company. Great outlook.

Cons

Some growing pains. But people are honestly trying to bring the processes in place.

Pros

GREAT staff to work with, some WFH flexibility (as long as you are doing well in your position), and interesting studies to work on. I truly can say this is the only job I have worked where I genuinely enjoy going to the office and doing my job 100%. I do not have any interest in ever leaving this company and I have been here for over 9 months so far... really great team to work with and always learning! You will NOT regret working here!

Cons

My commute is far but totally manageable... shocking to say that is the only con I could think of (and I'm a harsh critic).
