Competitive compensation Company pays a significant portion of insurance premiums 2 "focus" weeks (1 in July and 1 in December) to let employees decompress and spend time with family 4 weeks PTO Company has two successful products and an immense pipeline that is positioning BeiGene for long-term growth Remote / hybrid work culture Smart and talented senior leadership team

Cons

I can't think of any, but I suppose some people may not be cut out for a fast-paced culture

Salary, Remote Work, Significant growth potential

Cons

toxic leaderships, many senior leaders have been with BeiGene since it was a start up and lack the experience needed to lead a company of this size. CEO shuts down dissent and pushes out experienced leaders who could guide the company forward. Work life balance is terrible as many meetings must include both US and China-based employees. burn-out and turnover are extraordinarily high. Relatively common for US employees to leave without other job offers because of toxic leadership and burnout
