- Stock performance was strong in the past - Many very good and dedicated team members

- No work/life balance - Politics at senior management levels and some people in key positions due to friendships and not qualifications - China vs US mindset makes job challenging - Corporate values are in writing only - Low morale and mistrust of senior leadership and HR - Lots of growing pains and non-value added work - Experience of working at BeiGene can greatly vary depend on your job function and boss - Leaders who have spoken up on challenges do not last long in company
