Every other thing! People are mean, it is a toxic culture, leadership is unqualified, turnover is skyrocketing. The people left get all the work for no reward. You'll be working around the clock and that is expected. Working here takes a mental and physical toll for no reward. Don't believe anyone, don't take a job here for the sake of your own sanity.

Toxic culture, zero work life balance, unappreciative teams, unorganized and broken processes and leaders who will only take ownership of successes but will fail to support team in challenges. Work here if you do not have any personal life and be ready to work weekends (which is a norm a Beigene) and 20 hours per day. Above average pay is misleading - compared to the amount of work pay should be double of industry average! STAY AWAY!
