Unfortunately the culture has changed so much. They are trying to be big pharama and it is a fail. The culture has become toxic. So toxic, many people are looking to leave or have been asked to leave. They are now scaling back on equity and bonuses were down this year, even though the earnings were finally decent. There is no promotions given except for certain men. Also, there is a launch this year, but then nothing for 3-4 years. the company is going to go through some tough times very soon.

My first red flag was the company wide email we received telling (yes telling) us to give the company a positive review on Glassdoor in order to get the rating up. The second red flag was during company indoctrination (orientation) when the CEO told us his dream would be for all employees to live in the same neighborhood (see: Don’t Worry Darling). The third, was finding out employees are to be available from 7am - 11pm. No way. I can’t get out fast enough. Save yourself while you can.
