      Pros

      The people are amazing. The benefits are exceptional (401K match is 5%), the pay is extremely competitive.

      Cons

      BeiGene is a global company and that comes with many timezone differences, thus causing meetings to be scheduled outside of the workday for all involved. I was an EA prior to working in Facilities so this applied more to me personally in my previous position.

      Working for BeiGene has allowed me the opportunity to learn, grow and be challenged, while working with the best in the business. The company's focus is on its patients and improving their life and care, and you feel that noble mission while working here. You have the ability to be creative, are offered flexible work arrangements, and are compensated well. The leadership cares about its people and if you are good at what you do, you will be rewarded through generous compensation programs and promotion. It is a great place to feel your impact every day.

      Cons

      The company is growing very fast, so sometimes there is little time to plan for change. It is imperative to be change-agile and have the ability manage through ambiguity. The pace is extremely fast, which for many is a pro, but can see the pace and volume of work being hard for some.

Decentralization and rapid growth have created some challenges to keeping up with effective internal infrastructures. Creating relationships across the organization can also be a challenge, reflecting a wide global geographic footprint
