Pros
Salary and benefits. The team I managed were nice people. It's the upper management that was absolutely horrible.
Cons
Absolutely horrible upper management. Due to a disagreement in a professional matter concerning a study patient eligibility they twisted my words, implied things I never said or done, did not give me any chance to discuss or explain my perspective. Didn't provide any management support, left me on my own in a difficult position. They behaved in a very sneaky unprofessional and inhumane way. I wasn't the only one to experience this kind of approach from their end. This company is a big No! Run as fast as you can!!!
