Pros

I recently joined BeiGene and I could not be happier to have made the move. The people and work environment are incredibly supportive and patient wile i learn the new role. The onboarding process was seamless and easy to get through. the training and mentorship have been wonderful. BeiGene has great benefits, great vacation, 2 weeks quiet time, and competitive pay!

None that I've seen so far.

There’s no such thing as work/life balance. Expect to work at all hours of the day due to the global nature of the company.
