I had no idea a position like this existed and I'm so glad I applied even though I though I wouldn't be qualified. The training process is fantastic, I've received so much support from my team since I began, and now have a clear path to becoming a BCBA! Pay is hourly, but the rates are good. Reasonable benefits and the new PTO has been a nice bonus. I love my clients, we have some tough days, but the happy faces and measurable progress is what this position is really about!

We understand that inconsistencies in hours can be difficult and have added paid time off and staffing resources for rescheduling appointments when families must cancel due to child illness, etc. We appreciate your feedback and wish you the best in the future.
