Thank you for providing feedback and for all of the work that you do. We are fortunate to have an incredible team of staff, and through our continuing education partnership, we offer tuition support to qualified staff as they pursue a degree at Cambridge College. In the past year, we have taken strides on improving our pay scale and benefits based off extensive research in analyzing surveys of current and former staff. For ABTs and BTs, we now offer up to 16 days a year in PTO and have rolled out new and improved compensation packages. We have also implemented rate increases in pay scales for ABA salaried staff in recognition of the clinical support they provide to our families, clients, and staff. We’d love to further discuss your experience and invite you to reach out to contact us at support@beaconservices.org. Thanks again for your review, and we’re happy to have you as a member of our team!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re committed to ensuring that our team is being paid appropriately while also having the tools and resources to grow and succeed at Beacon – we’re pleased to hear that this was true for you. Working with children and their families is hard work; we are aware of the time and effort that our staff invests in every single one of our clients, and we are so thankful for that commitment. We wish you the best of luck in future endeavors and hope that you are able to find a match that meets your needs.

Going downhill

Pros

South Shore direct management (BCBA's and regional VP's) is wonderful for the most part several modes of communication to other case staff and BCBA's BCBA's open to collaboration with clinical staff

Cons

Upper management has changed styles, staff are leaving in droves, and compensation has reduced and new PTO policy is a downgrade compared to previous policy with no structured PTO where holidays were not paid but you could cancel and make up sessions for PTO/vaction as needed. Little to no coworker relationships due to the nature of traveling between houses
