Pros

Extremely flexible, understanding company. Every manager I interacted with was reasonable and understanding. This may vary by region, but based on what I’ve seen, you’ll be getting the very best. Good about filling hours as well.

Cons

Hard to think of any. If you like ABA therapy, this is the company for you.

We recognize the challenges associated with entering a new field, and we’re proud to offer an extensive training program when the need for ABA services has never been higher. Every child that we work with is unique, and it is our mission to deliver quality behavioral healthcare that is responsive to the individual needs of families of children with autism. The treatment programs that Beacon provides to children and families are developmentally appropriate and supported by empirically validated peer-review research. Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are disappointed to read your comments about your experience. In the past few years, we have improved our pay scale and benefits for ABA salaried staff. Since Beacon provides in-home services to children throughout the state, we take great care to maintain small regional areas to prevent staff from long commutes between home visits. This however is not unique to Beacon, and we find that these regions are typically smaller than other ABA home-based providers.
