Entry level job. Gain a lot of experience with ABA.

Cons

Lots of traveling using your own car. The regional director at the time was not responsible and would constantly no show for both client's and staff. The supervisor at that time was rude and would unapproachable. Little support and you work alone which makes it hard to get to know who your coworkers are.

In-home therapy experience, mileage reimbursement, collateral.

Cons

If you are in an ABA master degree program your supervisor may choose which hours they approve. BCBAs are very had to contact especially when there is a problem in the home. Unprofessional and lack of empathy to the families they service. Through this company you are only allowed to bill 6 hours as a BT then must bill the rest of your time as an ABT.
