Pros

I learned a lot about ABA therapy - they trained employees extensively. There was some opportunity to grow. Got to work with children and make an impact!

Cons

The pay was low, but they did provide training. Going into someone's house can be difficult at times. Working with toddlers on the spectrum takes a lot of energy. Scheduling was not always best for the provider - lots of driving and unnecessary down-time OR not enough time to get places.
