Inconsistent guidelines across supervisors Upper management seems to do whatever they want and not care about their staff Lots of driving and wear and tear on the car

Pros

Great managers, great kids and families, great opportunites. Regional directors and vice presidents are very helpful and get back to me quickly. I have received great training and our training department is great.

Cons

Long days, fee for service. You have to be flexible and some times there are weeks when I am paid less.

The staff is really great and understanding. They are always willing to educate you on topics that you need more information in.

Cons

Becaon pay is fee for service which becomes difficult when you are asked to leave cases or your clients are sick. You dont get paid vacation only paid sick days,
