Pros

Great to see the progress made by kids on the spectrum Working with cooperative parents is great Helpful BTs and BCBAs

Cons

Very poorly organized company Does not pay MA state minimum for mileage reimbursement through some workaround Unreliable schedule, no PTO, no vacations, no sick time Can be working a "full-time" schedule but only end up actively working/getting paid for 20 hours a week

Pros

Great company to gain experience in field of ABA, specifically children with autism. Offer tuition reimbursement at a college which the company selects. Mileage reimbursement. Always the option to move up in the company.

Cons

No PTO or holidays. Health insurance is not the best. Not very flexible with hours. Very little supervision. High turnover.
