- Good people and co-workers - Primarily maintains employees because of the relationships you build with kids and families

Cons

Little to no training or support for management positions. Constant addition of job responsibilities without any increase in pay or change in billable requirement. Very high turnover.

For management positions, we offer individualized training that is provided within each regional area, which is delivered through the direct supervision of the Associate Vice President of Treatment.
