Pros

Beacon has a innovative work environment, great co-workers and our presence in our local communities is ever growing. Educational opportunities to grow professionally and personally are fantastic benefits offered. We have a lot of benefits available to us as associates which benefits our families. I feel valued and supported by my department.

Cons

Resources (equipment, software upgrades) can be difficult to get because of budgetary reasons. Outside of the resources I enjoy working for Beacon and don't have any additional cons about working at this organization.
