Pros

The team work, the atmosphere great schedules The nurse support is great time management the doctors are awesome and the support staff is too

Cons

Staffing at times but that is getting better as the times go on the turn over in staffing is really bad but hopefully that will change

Pros

Beacon nursing has allowed my to grow my skills in nursing and work in different areas. I have been able to try many different aspects and service areas and have been supported by management to try new things and challenge myself in areas I had not even considered before!

Cons

12hr shifts for floor nursing was difficult for my family. I was able to find a different service line within the company that had work hours that better suited my needs.

Supportive coworkers, quality care, team members always "present" when working with patients, given permission and time to go the extra distance,

Cons

At times communication could use work, census on my unit often low and no work elsewhere in hospital leads to excessive vex time.
