With any job you'll have challenges. Whether with opposing attitudes or to,e constraints with life, but this will be the same anywhere!

Close in location to where I live. Great co workers. Learning every day. Great benefits. Good pay. Good doctors to choose from. Easy access for family.

Cons

Deal with death often in line of work. Need more pediatric specialist in the area. Need more interpreters & literature for our Spanish speaking patients.
