Pros

I love my job. I have worked here 37 years. I have see lots of changes and I enjoy the challenges offered at Beacon. The people who work here are friendly and supportive of each other.could not ask for a better place to work.

Cons

There are challenges in all healthcare systems, but Beacon helps us meet those challenges. I really have nothing negative to say.

Pros

I enjoy that the health system supports each of their associates they are willing to go above and beyond for their associates. I feel 100% supported each and every day I come into work.

Cons

With healthcare changing it is becoming extremely difficult to keep a presence in inpatient care. The market is ever changing and requiring them to reevaluate their presence resulting in job creation and elimination.
