This establishment really cares about the wellbeing of our community. The staff strives to improve their knowledge regularly to better overall care.

Cons

So patient oriented that it sometimes feels as though the well being of the staff isn't important weather it be physically or financially.

Supportive management regarding continuing education to support an employee to stay up to date regarding current status and information of technology in my area

Cons

Lack of transparency between the two beacon hospital. One hospital is originally told a program will begin in four to five years; relatively soon after that a duplicate program is started. This also doesn't work for good cost saving or stewardship
