      Friendly staff great people my coworkers are my family love feeling at home when I come to work I feel cared about

      Layoffs need better raises and not feeling safe that I will still have a job with all these changes health care insurance us changing

      Pros

      My department is small, we have a great family atmosphere. Patient cases can be challenging but increase knowledge of procedures.

      Cons

      Our department doesn't have room to expand, we are land locked. We also seem to be forgotten by upper management as they don't ever visit the department.

      Pros

      Fairly stable up to now. Elkhart is a good community to live and raise kids in. Enjoy living in Indiana.

      Cons

      Uncertainty about future, poor communication from admin and management, lack of trust, etc. Tired of feeling out of the loop.
