      Pros

      Coworkers are great to work with. Enjoy the location. Wonderful physicians to work with. I would prefer to work for beacon over other healthcare systems in our area

      Cons

      Unorganized without much thought to the plan. Often put the chart before the horse. Sometimes runs staff too lean and don't listen to our input.

      Administration truly cares about the staff. Management and directors promote work life balance. The teamwork amongst associates throughout the entire system is fantastic!

      The are great benefits and incentives as well as opportunities for growth. I am proud to work for such a well oiled institution.

      Cons

      Sometimes the point system for absences hinders work performance especially when an employee is ill and comes to work. It tends to create animosity between employees.
