Elkhart general loosing staff. We could do better on holding onto staff and making a culture people want to stay here for.

The people at EGH are why I stay, we have a caring family atmosphere toward each other and the patients and visitors.

Cons

Since joining as a Beacon entity, the communication has dropped, focus is directed toward business not personnel. Nothing else to say

Happy people. I have Great co workers in my immediate department. Does a good job keeping up with the change in equipment.

Cons

They forget about the workers that makes this place run. I feel like the trickle down affect from changes they make in administration isI not well thought through. Employees are why this place runs like it does NOT the "customers". Yes we need to cater to them but happy employees are why we get good customer reviews. Please don't forget that!
