The are great benefits and incentives as well as opportunities for growth. I am proud to work for such a well oiled institution.

Cons

Sometimes the point system for absences hinders work performance especially when an employee is ill and comes to work. It tends to create animosity between employees.

I get to talk to patients everyday and constantly see a smile on their faces. I get to learn so much everyday.

Cons

I don't really have any cons working here. I enjoy my time at beacon and everything goes well through out my department and company.
