      Pros

      Happy people. I have Great co workers in my immediate department. Does a good job keeping up with the change in equipment.

      Cons

      They forget about the workers that makes this place run. I feel like the trickle down affect from changes they make in administration isI not well thought through. Employees are why this place runs like it does NOT the "customers". Yes we need to cater to them but happy employees are why we get good customer reviews. Please don't forget that!

      I have been with Beacon for 17 years. I feel like this is my second family. I have created so many close bonds with my co-workers. I look Forward to coming to work. In my 17 years, I have opportunities to advance in my position. Beacon stands behind there associates and values.
