      I don't always think that the way the pay scale is managed is right. Some people make more than other people that have worked at the hospital longer than them

      Pros

      Elkhart General Hospital is like family. Staff are very nice and friendly. It has been rewarding to work in the different positions here. Lots of learning opportunities:)

      Healthcare in general is challenging in these times. Difficult decisions are made at times but administration has the best interest of the hospital and financial strength

      Pros

      Staff is great to work with very friendly. I love what I do working with patients. My job consists of a lot of unhappy patients but if I am able to turn their experience around being yelled at is worth it

      I wish the pay was more competitive with my job. I am in a corporate position based at EGH but I make quite a bit less than my counterparts at memorial
