      I love the people that work here, the volunteers and the overall camaraderie of the system. I feel fortunate to have such a great position.

      Cons

      I don't have many negative things to say about the organization and hope for that feeling to continue throughout my career

      Pros

      The people I work with in the department I work in are an amazing group. The whole department works together to take care of every patient to the highest standard.

      Cons

      He cons I see is the constant downsizing since the merge with beacon. Not in my department but through out the organization.

      Pros

      Excellent coworkers are employed here. We help each other deal with the continual challenges in healthcare. The facilities are top notch.

      Cons

      Must be willing to change continually. Computer challenges bog down work efforts . Sometimes management is stretched too thin to be helpful.
