I love my manager and employees. I love our doctors. I've worked here for 12 years and I wish it was like when I first started.

Cons

Not being appreciated. Not feel like the upper management cares. I like to see some positive changes instead of always hearing how broke we are.

My co workers make this place like a second family . We are great team players and the worst day is ok because of our team .

Cons

People come in right out of school . They decide that they want to further their education and leave. So we have shortages that make us work more hours then we would like sometimes.

All staff in different departments, good benefits, retirement plans, flexible hours. I have nothing else to say. Travel is good.

Cons

Follow through with other depts, others following policies, communication. Raises should be better for high performing associates. Associates following policies can be tough.
