      Pros

      Good training here in the emergency department. Great teamwork on all shifts and many different shifts and hours are available.

      Cons

      Some people don't like change, but if you are flexible there are no cons. . . . . . . .

      I love the people that I meet everyday. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Couldn't do my job without my wonderful co-workers

      It seems that a lot of surveys are taken and I wonder how much of the information is actually taken to heart and used

      Pros

      I have the greatest co-workers. Continuous learning chances. Technology driven. I love my job and what I do. Education is important.

      Cons

      Because of low patient census, I routinely do not get my scheduled hours. There are times where the hospital focus needs to be more patient driven and not financial based.
