The nursing staff & physicians are amazing at Memorial Hospital. They challenge me & make coming to work every day great!

Cons

We have to work a lot of holidays which is difficult with having a young family. They don't have a full cafeteria at night.

Beautiful new children's hospital opening soon. We are doing something no one else has ever done. The doctors are great and really care about the nurses.

Cons

Currently have a high turnover. Lots of new/young staff. Work life balance is lacking, but is improving. That's all I have right now
