Amazing nursing staff throughout the system. I feel valued by the nursing administration. Team work in my area is outstanding. In any situation you have the expertise of the entire team without having to ask. Everyone knows what needs to be one and does it selflessly!!

I like the friendliness of the people and staff. I like the opportunities offered and wellness opportunities. I like the concepts that has been used to keep unity in the hospital.

Cons

I would like easier access to parking permits, food in cafeteria is high in price and pay is less compared to other hospitals going west such as LaPorte, etc
