Great teamwork in the NICU! Caring, compassionate staff who are dedicated to the health and wellbeing of the patients and families that are in need of our services.

Cons

Staff have been working fairfShare hours for the past 2 years. However, with all of the staff that we've hired, staffing numbers are where they need to be to care for our fragile patients. Work- life balance is returning!

Pros

Memorial Hospital is a nice, friendly and flexible place to work. Management is great and the pay is competitive. I highly recommend.

Cons

A lot of meetings NGOs and sometimes nothing comes out of them. There have been lay offs or job cuts recently. If you do a good job then you have nothing to worry about.
