Great faculty and growth as an organization. Room for advancement in certain areas. Tight group of coworkers who want the organization to succeed.

Cons

Pay could be better along with better tuition reimbursement. Hospital staff to nurse ratios could be better. Would be better to increase pay in high seniority staff and not pay those who transfer from other facilities better with less experience.
