Pros

Awesome co-workers and interdepartmental relations. Good benefits. Many different services offered. Doctors are fantastic. Awesome intradepartmental teamwork. . . . South Bend Chocolate Cafe in house.

Cons

Employee parking leaves a lot to be desired. Would love to have payroll deduction in the cafeteria. . . .

Pros

Beacon offers and provides many opportunities to grow and advance career. They help their staff with educational opportunities as well as professional development. The teamwork amongst staff is apparent throughout hospital.

Cons

At any organization there will be different challenges or things you may not like. The parking options for day shift employees isn't that great unfortunately.

Love working there because the staff are supportive and highly trained. The people make you feel appreciated ,everything is geared for your success.

Cons

I really can't think of anything I don't like. Management makes it a lot of fun to work there. I am very happy.
