The people I work with are dedicated to helping others and caring for our community. I have gained many great friends working here and value their professionalism.

Cons

Can be difficult for new hires to get through hiring process. Seems to be improving with changes to HR. Also the nature of healthcare can be unsteady.

Schedule and no bonuses Sometimes no lunch or breaks always working short staffed and poor staffing ratios managed by administration
