Pros

Value nursing, nursing has a voice through shared governance model. Value education. You see mange net and there is a clear direction. We have goals that are clearly communicated.

Cons

Parking can be a little difficult but in the big picture, so many things could be worse. I seriously can't think of any other thing that is in such need of repair

Need to compensate nurses more with more money and allow them time off to be parents I am now filling space
