Sense of belonging and/or family; like I mean something. My supervisor makes me feel important. Just don't overdue it and be honest.

Cons

Bullying mentality needs to stop; too much negativity. The negative people are slow to be removed. The longer they are allowed to push their negativity, the more ruined the team becomes.
